IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Vanceburg, Head of Grassy, Camp Dix, Tollesboro, Harris, Kinniconick, Emerson, Epworth, Ribolt, Charters, Petersville, Stricklett, Glen Springs, and Herron Hill.
