Description: 
At 422 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles south of Brooksville to near Georgetown. Movement was southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lexington, Georgetown, Winchester, Paris, Cynthiana, Carlisle, Bryan Station, Thoroughbred Acres, Breckinridge, and Millersburg.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for central Kentucky.
