At 553 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Ingram, or near Pineville, moving southeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pineville, Middlesboro, East Pineville, Wallsend, Varilla, Ingram, Ponza, Black Snake, Straight Creek, Cary, Cubage, Binghamtown, Wheeler, Fourmile, Clear Creek Springs, Meldrum, Wasioto, Avis, Hutch, and Blackmont. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile markers 1 and 18. U.S. Highway 25 East in Knox County near mile marker 1.
