At 535 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Reynoldsville, or near Owingsville, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Owingsville, Marshall, Salt Lick, Olympia, Preston, Ramey, Reynoldsville, Wyoming, Peasticks, Kendall Springs, Moore's Ferry, Craigs, Flat Creek, Odessa, Bourbon Furnace, Slate Valley, Crooks, and Polksville. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 117 and 132.
