Description:
At 438 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Hammond to near Ingram to near Fonde. Movement
was southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pineville, Middlesboro, Artemus, Varilla, Barnyard, Ponza, Salt Gum,
Erose, Blanche, Pruden, Binghamtown, Rella, Clear Creek Springs,
Wasioto, Avis, Hutch, Dewitt, Flat Lick, Himyar, and Walker.
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile markers 1 and 18.
U.S. Highway 25 East in Knox County between mile markers 1 and 8.
