Description:
At 1107 PM EDT/1007 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles southwest of
Hodgenville to 8 miles northwest of Munfordville to 7 miles northwest
of Brownsville. Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Munfordville, Upton, Bonnieville, Wabash, Cub Run, Lines Mill, Broad
Ford, Broadway, Pearman, and Straw.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
