IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Cecilia, Howe Valley, Hansbrough, Addington Field Airport, Gaithers, Saint John, Franklin Cross Roads, and Star Mills.
