Description: 
At 602 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Graham to near Olney. Movement was west at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Madisonville, Dawson Springs, Earlington, Nortonville, Mortons Gap, Graham, White Plains, St. Charles, and Bremen. This includes the following highways... Interstate 69 in Kentucky between Mile Markers 91 and 117. Western Kentucky Parkway between Mile Markers 39 and 50. Pennyrile Parkway between Mile Markers 30 and 34.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
