Description:
At 1128 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Enline, or 9 miles east of Manchester, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Torrential rainfall and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Hazard, Manchester, Hyden, Buckhorn, Elic, Sandy Fork, Hoskinston,
Brightshade, Fogertown, Goose Rock, Shepherdtown, Herron, Hooker,
Stinnett, Ice Cliff, Avawam, Byron, Sacker Gap, Valjean, and Taff.
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 15 and 59.
Kentucky Highway 80 in Perry County between mile markers 9 and 13.
