At 524 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Luner, or 9 miles southeast of Mount Vernon, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Carico, Donaro, Robinet, Pittsburg, Shop Branch, Horse Lick, Settle Store, Mershons, Hazel Patch, Pine Hill, Camp Wildcat, Moores Creek, Cruise, Royrader, East Bernstadt, Sand Hill, Parrot, Billows, Hare, and High Knob. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky between mile markers 42 and 60. Kentucky Highway 80 in Laurel County near mile marker 4.
