Description:
At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Prestonsburg, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Prestonsburg, Auxier, Odds, Dicks Creek, Cliff, Endicott, Oaklawn
Estates, East Point, Bays Branch, Lancer, Davisport, Nero, Corn Fork
Hollow, Alvin, Van Lear, and Emma.

Kentucky Highway 3 in Floyd County between mile markers 1 and 4.
