Description:
At 627 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Davisport, or near Inez, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Inez, Warfield, Beauty, Add, Tomahawk, Pilgrim, Coalpoint, Wells
Chapel, Davella, Hode, Prince, Calf Creek, Delong, Milo, Lovely,
Preece, Bradbury, Debord, Oppy, and Davisport.
THIS INCLUDES Kentucky Highway 3 in Martin County between mile
markers 5 and 9.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
