At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Spring Creek, or 11 miles southeast of Manchester, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Hyden, Hoskinston, Enline, Essie, Cinda, Smilax, Brightshade, Asher, Marcum, Bobs Fork, Creekville, Lipps, Thousandsticks, Plank, Peabody, Stinnett, Ice Cliff, Jacks Creek, Hosea, and Sizerock. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 32 and 44.
