At 304 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Spring Creek, or 12 miles southeast of Manchester, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hyden, Hoskinston, Essie, Brightshade, Mozelle, Asher, Marcum, Salt Gum, Creekville, Ogle, Lipps, Thousandsticks, Plank, Stinnett, Ice Cliff, Hosea, Warbranch, Ashers Fork, Roark, and Causey. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 40 and 45.
