At 830 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Bardstown, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bardstown, Springfield, Ballard, Bloomfield, Willisburg, Mackville, Booker, Dugansville, Botland, and Mooresville.
Instruction: 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for central Kentucky.
