Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following county, Laurel. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 956 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to earlier thunderstorms. Minor flooding is likely ongoing within the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell. - Minor flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... London, London-Corbin Airport, Sublimity City, Fariston, Levi Jackson S.P., Maplesville, Lesbas, Lily, Pittsburg and Brock.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
