Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following county, Knox. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 931 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to earlier thunderstorms. Minor flooding is likely ongoing across the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Scalf, Salt Gum, Walker, Mills, Barnyard, Hammond, Dewitt and Erose.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
