Description: 
At 930 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Arlington to Waterloo. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Independence, Manchester, Jesup, Fairbank, Edgewood, Winthrop, Hazleton, Quasqueton, Lamont, Colesburg, Brandon, Rowley, Greeley, Aurora, Dundee, Masonville, Stanley, Oneida, Wapsipinicon Golf Course, and Manchester Airport. This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 49 and 55.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
