Description:
At 238 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Madison, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Madison, Brooksburg, Canaan, North Madison, Ringwald, Manville,
China, Belleview, and Barbersville.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Louisville.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
south central Indiana...and central Kentucky.
