Description:
At 638 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fort Recovery, or 8 miles east of Portland, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Portland, Hartford City, Berne, Montpelier, Geneva, Monroe,
Pennville, Westchester, Center, Nottingham, Bryant, Salamonia, Vera
Cruz, Trinity, Brice, Peterson, Como, Bellfountain, Collett, and
Domestic.
