Description: 
At 455 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles west of Rockford to Swayzee. Movement was southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Marion, Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Berne, Upland, Fairmount, Dunkirk, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Redkey, Geneva, Sweetser, Swayzee, Van Buren, Pennville, Matthews, Westchester, Center, and Sims. This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 252 and 268.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for central, northeastern and east central Indiana...and west central Ohio.
