At 653 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles northwest of Martinsville, or 25 miles north of Bloomington, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Monrovia, Lake Hart, Little Point, and Eminence. This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 51 and 57.
