Description:
At 524 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Dunkirk, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Dunkirk, Montpelier,
Redkey, Pennville, Matthews, Westchester, Center, Fowlerton, Bryant,
Shamrock Lakes, Salamonia, Trinity, Brice, Mill Grove, Como, and
Bellfountain.
This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 253 and
261.
