At 518 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles north of New Castle to 8 miles north of Hagerstown. Movement was northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winchester, Union City, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Ridgeville, Mooreland, Mount Summit, Saratoga, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville, Summit Lake State Park, and Prairie Creek Reservoir.
