At 645 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Milan, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Batesville, Milan, Osgood, Moores Hill, Guilford, Manchester, Sunman, St. Leon, Napoleon, Dover, Ballstown, Penntown, Weisburg, Interstate 74 at State Route 101, Lawrenceville, and New Alsace. This includes I-74 in Indiana between mile markers 150 and 162. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
