Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and recent heavy rain
is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
counties, Marshall and Starke.
* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT /345 PM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 248 PM EDT /148 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5
and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Plymouth, Knox, Bourbon, Argos, Hamlet, Koontz Lake, Oak
Grove, Twin Lakes, Hibbard, Donaldson, Burr Oak, Tyner,
Grovertown, Inwood and Ober.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
