* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and recent heavy rain is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Marshall and Starke. * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT /345 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 248 PM EDT /148 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Plymouth, Knox, Bourbon, Argos, Hamlet, Koontz Lake, Oak Grove, Twin Lakes, Hibbard, Donaldson, Burr Oak, Tyner, Grovertown, Inwood and Ober. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
