* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Warren County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas near Big Pine Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 408 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
