* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Warren County in west central Indiana...
* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas near
Big Pine Creek.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 408 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the
advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
