* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Spencer County in southwestern Indiana... Southeastern Vanderburgh County in southwestern Indiana... Southwestern Warrick County in southwestern Indiana... Northwestern Daviess County in northwestern Kentucky... Northeastern Henderson County in northwestern Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 922 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Downtown Newburgh due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Downtown Newburgh is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Henderson, Newburgh and Eureka.
