Description: 
At 347 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ridge Farm, or 14 miles south of Danville, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. A 46 mph wind gust was reported 2 miles north of Ridge Farm at 331 PM. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Georgetown, Ridge Farm, and Indianola. This also includes Harry Babe Woodyard State Natural Area.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for east central Illinois.
