Description: 
At 201 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms from Cornland to east of Rochester, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Mount Pulaski, Illiopolis, Mechanicsburg, Dawson, Buffalo, Mount Auburn, Latham, and Cornland. This includes Interstate 72 between mile markers 110 and 125.

If outdoors, seek shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 700 PM CDT for central Illinois.
