* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central and eastern Clark County in east central Illinois. * WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 719 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen since 6 PM, with the heaviest rain occurring southeast of Marshall. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marshall, Martinsville, Lincoln Trail State Park and Dennison.
