Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
counties, Cook and Will.
* WHEN...Until 145 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may
be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
Some locations have already received multiple waves of
rainfall, with additional thunderstorms moving into the area.
Urban flooding of yards and roadways may begin shortly.

Evanston, Schaumburg, Palatine, Skokie, Des Plaines, Orland

Instruction:
A Flood Advisory means minor flooding along waterways and other poor
