* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In north central Illinois, La Salle. In northeast Illinois, Grundy. * WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rainfall had moved out the area. Standing water may be slow to recede from earlier thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
