At 558 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cheney, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Cheney, Rathdrum, Liberty Lake, Millwood, Hauser, Green Acres, Otis Orchards-East Farms, Trentwood, Otis Orchards, Dishman, Huetter, State Line, Newman Lake, Marshall, Opportunity, and Veradale. This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 281 and 299. Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 10. U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers 86 and 95.
