Description:
At 255 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a gust front along a line
extending from 6 miles west of Minidoka National Monument to near
Rock Creek. A gust of 52 mph was observed at the Magic Valley
Regional Airport. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
visibility.
