At 726 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from near Atomic City to 11 miles north of Rose to near Firth to 7 miles east of Fort Hall Lincoln Creek Lodge. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, Ririe Reservoir, Lorenzo, Goshen, Ammon, Shelley, Iona, Sugar City, Ucon, Menan, Teton, Ririe, Roberts, Firth, Lewisville, Parker, Hamer, and Archer.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Fire crews working near active fires should prepare for strong, gusty and erratic thunderstorm outflow winds that will increase fire behavior. This is a DANGEROUS SITUATION. Fire crews should move to safety zones immediately.
