Description:
At 422 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Oneida Narrows Reservoir, or 12 miles northeast of Preston, moving
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Georgetown, Oneida Narrows Reservoir, Bern, Mink Creek, Georgetown
Summit, Emmigrant Summit, Liberty, and Bennington.
Instruction:
