Description:
At 643 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles southwest of North Fork, or 17 miles northwest of Salmon,
moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
North Fork.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
