AFTERNOON...
.Building east swell from Hurricane Fausto will keep surf heights
along east facing shores elevated above High Surf Advisory
criteria through Wednesday afternoon, and may need to be upgraded
to a High Surf Warning as this swell peaks tonight into Tuesday.
* WHAT...Surf building to 10 to 14 feet.
* WHERE...East facing shores of all Hawaiian Islands.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
will make swimming dangerous.
Instruction:
Heed all advice from ocean safety officials. When in doubt, don't
go out.
