* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County. * WHEN...Until 945 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 750 PM HST, radar and automated rain gauges continued to indicate heavy rain over windward Oahu from Kaneohe to Hauula. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1 inch per hour. Streams in the area, including Waiahole and Waikane stream gauges, remain elevated. Expect some ponding on Kamehameha Highway. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waikane, Waiahole, Kaaawa, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Punaluu, Hauula, Kaneohe, Kailua, Kahana Valley State Park, Kualoa and Heeia.
Instruction: 
Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to flooding.
