* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...The island of Kauai in Kauai County. * WHEN...Until 730 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 431 PM HST, emergency management reported heavy rain producing ponding over Kuhio Highway near Haena. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Princeville, Kilauea, Wainiha, Haena, Alakai Swamp Trails, Hanalei, Na Pali State Park, Kokee State Park and Kalihiwai.
Instruction: 
Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to flooding.
