Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An intensifying Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) continues to barrel toward the Marianas from the east, with coastal inundation becoming likely beginning late Sunday afternoon, potentially sooner if the system moves faster. Once the system exits to the west-northwest by Tuesday night, coastal inundation and erosion is likely to spread to west facing shores while dissipating elsewhere, but timing remains uncertain.
