Description:
At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from over Islandton to near Shawnee, moving
east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Walterboro, Springfield, Hampton, Yemassee, Lake Warren State Park,
Rincon, Varnville, Estill and Guyton.
This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 40 and 56.

Excessive cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
