Description: 
Hot and humid conditions will persist across portions of the South Carolina Lowcountry and Southeast Georgia through the evening hours. The combination of temperatures in the 90s and moderate levels of humidity will yield heat indices of 104 to 108 degrees through sunset. Those enjoying outdoor holiday festivities should use extra caution. Drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room and shelter yourself from the sunshine. Be sure to help each other out. Check on neighbors, relatives and the elderly.
