At 1123 AM EDT/1023 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Carrabelle, moving northwest at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Carrabelle, Stonemill Creek, Wewahitchka, Carrabelle Beach, Morgan Place, Vilas, High Bluff, Chipola Cutoff, Yent Place, Jensen Place, Central City, Owens Bridge, Kern, Wilma, Sumatra, Lanark Village, Nixon Garden, Twin Pole, and Fort Gadsden.
