At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Wildwood to 6 miles southwest of Howey-In-the-hills to Lake Louisa. These storms were nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Groveland, Mascotte, Howey-In-the-hills, Ferndale, and Clermont.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Seek safe shelter inside a sturdy building or hard-topped vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike beyond 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. When thunder roars, go indoors!
