Description:
At 1143 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Havana to 13 miles west of Crawfordville.
Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Tallahassee, Woodville, Tallahassee State College, Florida State
University, St. Marks, Midway, Crawfordville, Florida A and M,
Havana, Doak Campbell Stadium, Wakulla, Sopchoppy, Lake Bradford,
Shadeville, Leon Sinks, Gaither Community Center, Wakulla Springs,
Tallahassee Memorial Hosp, Walker Ford Community Center, and South
City.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
