At 554 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout 8 miles north of Mile Marker 30 On Alligator Alley, or 14 miles northwest of Sunrise, moving southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mile Marker 30 On Alligator Alley and East Toll Gate On Alligator Alley.
