Description:
At 446 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Hastings to near Crescent City to near
Juniper Springs. Movement was northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground
lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is
occurring.
Locations impacted include...
Palatka, Crescent City, Pomona Park, Hastings, East Palatka,
Andalusia, Fruitland, Federal Point, Orange Mills, and San Mateo.
