Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Franklin, Liberty and
Wakulla. In Panhandle Florida, Gulf.
* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT /130 PM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1130 AM EDT /1030 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and
4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Carrabelle, Eastpoint, St George Island, Apalachicola,
Franklin, High Bluff, Green Point, Creels, Royal Bluff, Hays
Place, St George Island St Pk, Beverly, Yent Place,
Carrabelle Beach, Buck Siding, Fort Gadsden, Morgan Place,
Bay City, Owens Bridge and Apalachicola Airport.
